Heat stress is a real occupational risk

Heat stroke and heat stress affect workers exposed to high temperatures, whether outdoors (construction, agriculture, mining, oil & gas) or indoors with industrial heat (plants, warehouses, logistics). It is a recognized cause of sick leave, lost productivity and, in the most serious cases, workplace accidents. Its prevention is increasingly part of large companies' safety policies, regulatory compliance and corporate social responsibility.

Alert system

A traffic light that acts before the risk does

The LED indicator changes color according to the detected thermal risk level, combining visual, audible and haptic warnings at the most critical level.

Green — Normal operation

Charging and correct-operation indicator. The green light blinks periodically in normal mode.

ThermaSafe with amber LED, elevated ambient temperature

Amber — Elevated ambient temperature

Blinking amber light for 1 minute as a preventive warning when ambient temperature reaches or exceeds 42ºC.

ThermaSafe with red LED, heat-stroke risk

Red — Heat-stroke risk

Blinking red light, buzzer and vibration for 1 minute under continued risk, when the worker's body temperature exceeds 37.8ºC. Highest priority for reaction.
